2. Glossy zinc plating

Basic material	steel (except stainless steel)
	Size of zinc parts in the range from 8 to 120 mm
Specifications of plating	EN 12329 - Fe / / Zn3-15 / / C / / T2
	weak acidic glossy zinc
	chromating in thick passivation without Cr 6
	silicate sealing
Technology	zinc layer 3 to 15 micron
	chromate layer 0.5 to 1.5 micron
	large-scale zinc plating in drums
	technological dose: 20 to 40 kg
Design	blue glossy surface with a slightly purple green rainbow

3. Nickel plating
